Roger Bardales ist ein Visionär, der von einer gerechten, ökologischen Zukunft voller unkonventioneller Lösungsansätze träumt. Als Sozialunternehmer hat er in zahlreiche Projekte investiert, die indigene Jugendliche dabei unterstützen, sozioökonomische Hindernisse zu überwinden.

Im Jahr 2022 öffnete das „Tourismus- und Freizeitzentrum Mukanranko“ seine Pforten. Das Zentrum befindet sich in der indigenen Gemeinschaft 'CCNN Santa Martha de Pucallpa' am Stadtrand von Pucallpa. Das Tourismus- und Freizeitzentrum Mukanranko bietet Gastronomie sowie einen Swimmingpool, um sich zu entspannen und einen Sonntag mit der ganzen Familie oder im Freundeskreis zu genießen. Die große Bühne eignet sich ideal für kulturelle Veranstaltungen, Bildungsveranstaltungen und Familienfeiern. Ein Teil des Areals ist überdacht und bietet Schutz vor Sonne und Regen – ideal für große und kleine Veranstaltungen unter den klimatischen Bedingungen der Amazonasregion. Auf dem Gelände befinden sich außerdem Volleyballplätze und im hinteren Bereich befindet sich ein großer Fußballplatz der für lokale Fussballtourniere genutzt wird.

Roger Bardales unterstützt als Sozialunternehmer seit Beginn an das Fousballtournier 'Copa Indígena - Campeonato de Futbol Masculino y Femenino de los Pueblos Indígenas - Pucallpa' (Indigenen-Pokal – Fußballmeisterschaft der indigenen Völker für Männer und Frauen) das jährlich in Pucallpa statt findet und indigene Teams aus der gesamten Ucayali-Region im peruanischen Amazonasgebiet zusammen bringt. Die Veranstaltung ist nicht nur ein sportliches Highlight, sondern auch eine wichtiger sozialer und kultureller Höhepunkt der Saison das indigenen Gemeinschaften die Möglichkeit bietet sich zu treffen und auszutauschen.

Roger Bardales startete 2024 zum Muttertag das Projekt 'Día de la Madre' , das er gemeinsam mit der Regionalregierung von Ucayali ins Leben rief, um den Einsatz aller Mütter der indigenen Gemeinschaft 'CCNN Santa Martha de Pucallpa', sowie verschiedener umliegender Siedlungen zu würdigen. Die Veranstaltung brachte zum ersten Mal Hunderte von Müttern, Großmüttern und Urgroßmüttern zu einer herzlichen, farbenfrohen und fröhlichen Feier zusammen.
